No expectations I was so excited when they got the rewards program but after a few times of not getting Stars and calling and not getting it fixed I decided I will have it scanned but I won't expect much from it. Just the other day I went to scan my app which already had two stars on it and I was supposed to get double Stars on 3 Slurpees and ended up getting 0 stars and not getting my reward so I actually lost two stars! So if I get a star great if it works great but if not I started not to think much of it...
I sure hope that you get this 7Eleven. I have made several purchases of the big gulp in the last 5 to 7 days. I had them scan my app each time and none of the stars showed up. I do not want to be ripped off. I have given a lot of faith in your app and this is what is happening. it is not properly working, and I have never had this issue with your app before. please fix this and give me the stars that I am supposed to be getting from my purchases.!
No Stars, No Problem This is a great app and works great. I'm a Franchisee of several stores. If you don't get your "stars," don't worry. The app isn't what keeps track of your drink purchases, the 7 Eleven registers do. I have printed up screen shots for some of my customers because they don't have smart phones. And we scan the piece of paper with their bar code and they still receive their free drink after 6 cups. The app only displays what our system says you have. It takes time for the app to update at times.
In the beginning, meh; but now?! It was a great app until just last week when, after almost a month of using, it stopped registering the scans or stars at the checkout. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy J1. Fix this and I'll give it a 4 star rating! Also the issue of the SD card. Make it so that this beautiful app can be transferred to the SD card and you have garnered yourself a 5 star rating!!
I downloaded the 7 eleven app as I go there from time to time. I tried to use it to claim a coupon for a free Gatorade. The staff were unaware of how the app works and could not even scan the code meaning I never got my drink. I tried submitting feedback through the app but it refuses to find any stores near me, meaning I cannot submit the feedback. I got another coupon today but I do not see how I can use it if the stores do not know how to scan the code. Very disappointed.
I liked the app and the free drinks after 7 purchases. However I had a manager try to over charge me several times when I checked out. I used the app's feedback feature to complain. The next time I went into that store while that manager was working she told me I was banned from the store. So expect retaliation if you put negative comments on the feedback feature.
