The rewards aren't being applied. Points are deducted after redeeming but there's no reward at checkout. And to make matters worse, none of the employees (including management) know what's going on. Nor do they understand the app or how it's supposed to work.
Love the app but at times it force closes on open, usually takes an update to fix. Got a card to tie to my account for when this happens in the future (free, ask at register for one). Also free cups are good for one year, not one day, for those complaining. Coupons/deals and rewards are amazing, far better than any other rewards program I've seen, and rewards rack up very quickly. Love that the free cup is applied to the largest/most expensive eligible drink unlike most stores. Would give 5 stars if force close issue was fixed.
Brightness affects the scanability and I always leave my phone in the car. Alway leave the line to go back and get it... cannot find app icon location so need to open with Google Play every time!
7Eleven told me app is no longer compatible with Samsung Note5 and I should use a rewards card each visit. Ah, NO. Make your app compatible with all devices. Your latest app upgrade ruined the program
I have taken my tablet with this app installed into 7-11 on three occasions, but the cashier was only able to get the QR code to scan one of those times. The cashier told me it's too hard to scan a larger QR code, but it works from a smaller phone. I wish there were some way to shrink the QR code on the tablet so it would scan, or it shouldn't install on tablets at all. With the latest update, it won't even open. Just crashes immediately. 😞
I liked the old version so much better i used to go all the time now i never go to 7-11 anymore. They dont offer pizza or meal ball as a bonus star. So now i will never buy hot food. Their loss. Sucks. Bring it back.
