Suddenly app just crashes and force closes upon each attempt to open app. Cleared cache...hasn't helped. In general, app is not intuitive to use, nor particularly user friendly. It's not convenient in the least...but it's the only way to keep track of rewards; thus making it a necessary evil, not a basic & useful utility of essence.

Since the start of this year the app has changed the pickup location 3 or more times after hitting the pay button. This last time I was watching it very closely and it was fine until after pressing the last button. The option to cancel never appeared and despite having hot pizza in the order the employees have hit the ready for pickup button in under a minute.

Adding funds, the amounts show for a second then disappear. Enter a custom amount and payment method doesn't populate. Deleted & reinstalled, cleared cache. App is used primarily for gas purchases, and not being able to add funds on the fly is annoying. Gas pumps are high risk for card theft, so app purchase is safer. Can't do that if reload option disappears.
