Android app keeps crashing. I downloaded it a month ago, and it was working. I registered successfully. I am leaving for Umrah next week, iA. I can not open it to do anything. It crashes when I click the login button. After several attempts the phone's os provides the following message "Nusuk closed because this app has a bug. Try updating the app after the developer provides a fix for this error."

I've created an account. And now it's not letting me log in. It logged me out on its own. I deleted the app, reinstalled it. My account is there but apparently I've attempted too many times and the verification code keeps glitching me back tot the log in screen. I've had this app for a month and have been trying to book! Now I'm close to visitation and I can't even log on!

Pathetic app! It's a good concept to control the influx of crowd by an app. However, it needs to be functional and user friendly especially for old people who are not tech savvy!! Every Muslim desires to pray in the Noble Rawdah. It's impossible that one logs into this app after every 30 mins, from morning to night, and unable to find a slot! Please improve your app or remove this app and come up with alternative ways to accommodate the worshippers.
