I was skeptical before installing this app given recent reviews. However, i had no issues connecting to my bed and using not only the Sleep IQ portion of the app, but also had no real issues with the remote function. I do occasionally loose Bluetooth connectivity when i leave the room, but closing and relaunching the app seems to do the trick.
App makes no sense, don't work & the bed is horrible! Paying for a high end blow up mattress. Don't waste your time on this app or bed
This app used to be good. But i dropped the rating based on thee things. First, the app barely connects to my galaxy S5. Second, the app updated withoht my knowledge. Third, the head position option is gone where you could lift and lower the head. Where did that iption go?? Very disappointed?
App does not work with any Android device we have tried to pair. Appears it is just not Android compatible. I have tried six devices. From Samsung, Motorola, to LG, two of which are new devices. Bed will not pair. Same error on every Android device and even with testing of different versions of Android. For the nearly $5000 will are paying, one would expect better.
I've been back and forth to store and corresponded with techs on numerous occasions, I've removed and re-installed Sleep IQ app to no avail, its doesn't appear to work for android phones. Not only the app doesn't work but the sleep technology does not monitor properly. If I could return the bed I would. Think twice about investing your hard earned money on purchasing sleep number bed.
So far it's OK. Got it to pair with the bed which from reading other reviews may be considered a small miracle so huzzah! Definitely not liking the interface for adjusting the firmness. Having up/down arrows would be much easier but I'm guessing that marketing just loves the circle.
