The app is frustrating because you can't adjust the bed until it connects to wifi or Bluetooth... Each time you want to adjust. Even if you try to adjust both sides of the bed immediately after each other. No other devices work this way. Please fix, because it's a huge waste of time.
So this app is now posting notifications in order to advertise other products? Umm, I did NOT pay for Sleep IQ enhancements on my bed so that I can get annoyed with advertisements from the accompanying app.
Can't accurately find sleep number with the app. It loses connection pretty often, when you do the "find my sleep number" it never says press stop when is comfortable and when I do I know the mattress has deflated but it will still say my number is 100 and save that number. But when it goes to the home screen the number says 50 which is right. There is no way to manually save my preferred sleep number with the app as far as I can see. It controls the bed mostly done except for connection loses, but is terrible for finding your number. Use the remote that comes with the bed for better results... Can't believe whomever made the app thinks it works...
Losses WiFi settings all the time spent big bucks for this feature and constantly goes offline and has to be reconnected. Fitbit and samsung watch work much better!
Flex fit 3, 360 still has a recall on the foot warmer (could overheat). Still not replaced by SleepNumber. I wouldn't buy this bed until it was fixed. This app doesn't connect to the bed well at all. Had to buy the remote control.
It can't accurately determine when I go to sleep. It shows me awake in the foreground and asleep in the background.
