Earlier - The wheel keeps rotating and nothing happens......after several (10 or more) failed or expired sessions of SBI & PNB, could finally do it on HDFC, which I didnt want to do....thats how efficient the system is. Now - took me less than a minute !! That's how it should always be. Great improvement guys. Keep it up!!
Waste app ever. No track system for your bill. The plan has been shown. And also data used. But the free mins remaining balance is not shown for my postpaid number. How I can track and control my limit so that I can save before the bill goes up. From two months I am getting high bill.
Big needs to be fixed This app is always crashing when I try to save primary and secondary contact details for the phone nos for which my tata docomo app is not registered. Please have a look into it. I have also sent u my log files
Bloody looters.... This bloody app is designed to loot our money. I recharged my wife's no. using this app and they deducted money from my account and no recharge happened, neither the money is refunded to my account. Customer care executives are disaster, sadip deshmukh was like interrogating me for my own money as if I have taken their money.... Ridiculous app and ridiculous network docomo....
Enable auto rotation If you don't enable auto rotation, internet banking can't be used in your app. It a pathetic shortcoming you are making in such a payment option. More pathetic, your customer care is insensitive to any suggestion we make.
Payment gateway not good While doing payment, I should enter all data data , for users it ll take more time to recharge and there is no payment option for using our other wallet payments like PayTM and mobikwik
