Highly unsatisfied... Pls note those who are booking car for a month or long, your security deposit is blocked for 30 working days from the date of return... I agree it's cheap.. But cheapness has its own cost.. And it's a third party service provider... I wish they display this important info right in front while making the booking, instead of hiding it among the tiny lines of contract... Thank you

Not a very good experience 😖 The lack of payment options put us costumers all in danger for being hacked. To share the card details by email in order to confirm a card already placed in the system? They don't even share their IBAN for payment nor they have secure payment link options either. Not using this company ever again. Ha and they also hide the deposit information...this shouldn't be allowed.

Worst ever experience with self drive, firstly they ask us for a photo of our credit/debit card which itself is very inappropriate, secondly they charge amounts from our account without even informing us and thirdly, it's has been 2 months and still no update on the security deposit. Proper case of theft and cheating. Stealing common man's hard earned money and showing as profits. Tried calling multiple times but either didn't pick up call or gave nonsense response. Please never rent from here
