Quick and easy The app and company are the best! The negative reviews are a mystery. I have used them for six years. Never one mistake..they pay higher than local stores or other national brand. Remember..demand drives value. Just because a book cost a lot new.. doesn't mean it's in demand. Try to sell near semester start dates for best value.
I was hoping this would make selling my stack of books faster. It only frustrated me. It constantly complained of network problems so I'm going to make an assumption that it only uses a mobile data connection. My WiFi works fine. The user interface is attrocious. A lot of work needed.
Need to fix the problem I keep getting a error message saying Temporary network problem. Please try again later. Has the possibility to be a great app but not when I have to keep entering the bar code for one book a dozen times to get their price they are willing to pay. If this problem would be fixed I will change the rating.
Scan crashes the app First time selling books online, figured I'd use this app because it said I can scan the QR code for faster searching. Yet whenever I tap the scan button it immediately crashes the app.
Can't find older books Won't buy most books. I just went through my tiny collection of 50+ books to see what it would say and for the few it even recognized it said they aren't buying. Many of mine are older books so it didn't find them. Uninstalling. If they only want textbooks they should say so, and be warned: you'll get more selling it back to a used book store.
Ridiculous This app offered me $3 and some odd cents for a book I paid almost $300 for. I keep my books in near perfect condition and there is no way I'm settling for that low of a price when I can sell it for much more to another student.
Some minor bug fixes.
