The app isn't the issue, the company is. They find the smallest imperfection in the book and reject it in hopes u won't pay to ship it home so they can score a free book to sell. They are a scam.
I don't like the fact that only give you pennies on the dollar for what the books are worth. I could sell one of my books for a quarter and still make more than sending them 3 of my books.
News flash: your books aren't with anything. In perfect condition, popular, in-demand books aren't worth anything. Your textbooks from last year are worth a little, but not much. But novels, etc., pennies, maybe dimes.
The app is poorly made and not very intuitive.
They don't buy anything
Quick and easy The app and company are the best! The negative reviews are a mystery. I have used them for six years. Never one mistake..they pay higher than local stores or other national brand. Remember..demand drives value. Just because a book cost a lot new.. doesn't mean it's in demand. Try to sell near semester start dates for best value.
Minor bug fixes.
