The app has a tendency to randomly log you out while in the middle of doing something, which can be very frustrating. It does has some nice features and you're able to do *most* things on the app without needing to use a desktop version. Like most other companies like this, you get charged an arm and leg for "additional" features. Overall not a bad booking system to use but could definitely use some upgrades/work (especially with the MySite option).

Great software, affordable ,easy to use, highly recommend, I do hope sometime in the future all appointments are synced together when rebooking or canceling, instead of doing it one by one. Very confusing to clients who book multiple services on the same day and get many different time reminders. Other than that, vagaro is almost 5 stars . Once this new feature is available, my review will change to 5 stars.

Keeps logging me out! When it's working it is a great app but all of the sudden it will require me to log in constantly, even if I'm in the app doing something! It's like every 5 minutes! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not work to resolve the issue. Others have reported the same issue. Fix this please!
