This scheduling system is fantastic! Vagaro came highly recommended by a friend who owns a salon and raved about how wonderful it it. And she couldn't be more right. I own a pilates studio and have used others that fail miserably. I have found no flaws but lots of really great bonuses!! And customer service has been helpful every step of the way. One less star because I would like to see package options on standard sessions not just for classes.
I've been using this app for a few years. Overall, I've been very impressed with it. The text message/email apt. Reminder notifications that it sends out are extremely helpful. The site does get updated regularly, which is great. The only critique that I have is when I book a reoccurring apt. for a client, and set an End Date for the Series, I wish that the client and my self, received a notice informing us that the series is about to expire.
Keeps crashing Your app and your website keeps crashing this is really inconvenient and not a good sign. Its not even been a year and your side has crashed at least 5 times on me during business hours when I needed to access my records. I am looking for a new booking service cuz this is ridiculous!
I've been using Vagaro for a couple of years now and really like it except for 2 very annoying issues. First, the drop down menus. They randomly pop up everywhere cluttering up your screen. Perhaps they could provide this option as a setting. Something we could opt in or out of. 2nd, the mobile scheduling can be tedious. Difficult to select the exact time with your fingers.
Love the update to the app! Absolutely love this booking software for my massage practice. The update to the app is very functional. Now I'm noticing when I'm in the app trying to book appts the app will lag and I have to back out of it completely and try again. Sometimes that fixes it but more often than not I have to tell my clients the app isn't allowing me to see and I'll call them in a bit when it's working. You should really make the vagaro website mobile friendly for Android or add email option in the app like for global promo
It is very awkward to ask somebody if they want to tip. Both for front desk staff and those who check out their own clients. Vagaro, PLEASE change this and make it all up to the payer. Also, a helpful no tip, 10%, 15%, 20% or custom tip would be awesome. I won't ask a client If they want to tip me and I anticipate losing maybe 10-15% of my income :(
