App will not connect to my 50r. Phone is a pixel 10 pro XL. App is up to date, 50r has had firmware updated. Phone connects by Bluetooth to the 50r fine, just no app connection. This is an absolute joke of an app! It's supposed to be a top of the line communication system. No app connection means no way to easily connect to other riders which Is the point of having it. Sena is non-responsive. If it weren't for the fact that this was a gift I would have returned it and gotten another Cardo

unbelievable that they launched this . ive got probably 8 hours in trying to get this to connect to the 10R headset. i updated firmware, which I accomplished what I wanted the app for, is an easy way to put speed dials in the headset. device manger worked good with the help of AI to get that working. very frustrating. im someone that dont give up on a mission. This thing won today! im done

Updated the firmware on the device with a PC. Paired the device with Bluetooth on my Android phone. That worked. Started this app, which did not recognize the device. Uninstalled the app. Factory reset the device. Did this a few times. Once it came up with the place to change the name of the device. I click next. And the app crashed. Uninstall. Update: wait a week or so. Reinstall the app on a whim. Then it works. We'll see how long it lasts.
