With the Send My Bag app you can now check the location of your bag with one click no matter where you are in the world. We’ll also send you free push notifications with reminders when preparing your bag and letting you know when your bag is out for delivery.

Other useful features include the ability to upload customs information using your smart phone’s camera and the option to receive a free insurance upgrade by taking a picture of your prepared suitcase!

I've used Send My Bag before (3 times), and I am currently waiting for the delivery service to pick up my belongings as I type this. Annoyingly, however, the app I find quite unhelpful. It's easy to use, but I can't upload photos of my boxes or suitcase. It would also be nice if there was a feature that had a tracking system or number system to say if you were next for pick up. I also would love to write a driver's note to specify any info about how to get to my home. The app could just be more!

Same problem as many others. When I try to take pictures of the bag, it only open camera, e doesn't allow me to upload a picture already taken. Even trying to take a new picture, nothing happens. After accepting the taken picture, the app doesn't recognize the picture and keep as it wasn't taken. Because if that, I can't get the additional 50 pounds of coverage. Ridiculous. And it says that it's better to connect with a WiFi before upload the pictures, even when I'm already connected to a WiFi. Clearly the DEV team is terrible.

Barely useful compared to the website. I've tried everything I could think of to upload a picture of my package but all it shows me is a blank screen... Tried accessing the chat from the app as well, doesn't work.
