It provides job for us as riders...enjoy meeting sturbon and friendly clients and even those who think for 240 kes....they can have you all day..especially online customers who force you to wait for payments via mpesa. We enjoy the pick and drop parcels the most...
Really dissapointed with them.... One hour waiting and all I get is give us 5 minutes n we'll get back.....
Solves my problems when I need. Just iron out all the timing/request bugs that are letting you down.

Don't know what happened. It used to be very timely and efficient. Now it takes over an hour to be assigned a rider. Not worth the effort. I'm back you my regular courier guy. Update 10/5/17. Just used the app to order for a rider and chose to pay via mpesa, on the mpesa page I realized it added Ksh.10 to my original price. Due to the convenience most of us don't pay attention to the small details on the mpesa payment side. All be warned about this and verify. When i corrected the amount and paid, it told me I owe 10 shillings and asked how I'd like to pay. This is just theft. Buyers beware!!!
