My original 1 star review disappeared so I'm leaving another. App does not create a universal profile, but instead makes you re-enter all info bio, pics, stats, etc for each agency you want to connect with. It's too time consuming especially when the app keeps giving "opps something went wrong" errors. This app is so bad that there are 2 versions of it currently live and both are "iffy" at best. Also it has my TrustedHerd profile rating but doesn't actually link any of the TH profile info.

When I click forgot password and put in my email it never sends me the email to change the password. I've uninstalled the app several times and it doesn't do anything and I can't create a new account since I already have one, looks like once again I'm going to lose out on money and not get booked because this app is useless

I need help the app is not letting me add a company which almost resulted in me not getting booked. However for future bookings I can't qualify unless i get this platform to work. Please help. It won't let me add the agency. I click yes correct add agency but it doesn't add. How can i get this app to work?
