so far .. awful. I have an android phone and right now I dont know if that makes a difference. I just started with SL and so far received 4 live calls and none came thru except the bill and info. The calls drop during the transfer and I have complained about it and LTW still wants to charge me for them. When you get the info and try to call the customer back, of course they will not answer the phone. Now you are stuck with a high lead bill for a customer you haven't spoken to and can't reach.

I get notifications of new leads, but only get a blank screen when it opens up. I've submitted a report on this issue, but I don't believe this company cares about this app to provide tech support or fix any issues. Do not buy Telemarketing leads, I've bought two and both prospects told me that they had told the telemarketer they did were very specific that they did not want to speak to an agent.

The "LiveOps" call center do not properly Warm TXFR leads consistently. But the Agent is still charged the cost, & then must try to track down the lead. Need a much better Call Center, more lead activity, eliminate the Tier 1 benchmark (which is not shared & always moving), and focus on a Call Center platform. (e.g., Smart Financial, Datalot, All Web Leads, etc.)
