Was useful app until they updated it... keeps losing network connection. When I look at device is connected to my network from the router, wiser app shows not connected!? Need to fix, hardware is completely useless without the app..

Monitors pretty well a little bit difficult to navigate but not too bad biggest complaint is disconnecting from the internet then having a difficult time reconnecting which I don't think is the fault of this device but rather the fault of my internet provider most things that disconnect when I get a temporary service Interruption reconnect immediately this device I have to disconnect my modem and router and then reconnect them before this will reconnect

Forced to use this wiser app after access to existing sense app blocked. But I can't install because app not supported in my region. I'm still getting pop up notifications though. Sense hardware is installed in the USA. Schneider not even an American company. Funny not funny!Unacceptable policy, please fix!
