Does what it says on the tin very well Perfectly good speed tester and saves records of tests so that you can demonstrate to BT how poor their service can be with massively fluctuating speeds.
My Mobile Coverage #1 RootMetrics 2nd, sensorly 3rd, open signal maps & cellmapper tied 4th, coverage mapper 5th, and cellumap a distant 6th. But we should use all of them at the same time to create evidence carriers can't ignore. Each collects different data needed to see network problems.
THE BEST COVERAGE MAPPING APP EVER CONCEIVED!! Hands down, the best coverage mapping app in the Google Play Store! Instead of storing the collected data as worthless files you can't use on your SD card,it uses the GPS to collect the data, and sends it to Sensorly's database for everyone to access.
Needs Some UI Work Sensory is a wonderfully built speed test and coverage app. It is: * extremely responsive on OnePlus One * short turnaround time with contributions However there are a few flaws: * when performing speed tests, each generates its own screen and therefore you have to press the back button the same amount of times you performed a test * while mapping a trip, performing many speed tests in succession may crash the app * areas with no LTE or 2g/3g coverage are not shown in gray * The map view does not...
Battery chewing, confusing, no support Lots of battery use, no info on how options might effect that (active vs passive - which uses more?), and no place to ask a question. I would love to contribute data - but not when my battery went to 25% in a few hours.
Works well, but needs to add one feature Seems to be the best app for cell phone reception mapping. However, it would be nice if I could view both the 4G and the 3G maps at the same time, so it will display 3G signal strength in no 4G signal areas, instead of displaying nothing as if there was no signal at all.
Detect 4G+ (LTE Carrier Aggregation) on some LG and Sony phones
With the app Customer Area, you can manage your account whenever and wherever you want!
