Blue-bike is a Belgian sharing bike scheme that allows you to borrow a bike at many train, tram and bus stations in Belgium.
In other words, as a Blue-bike member, you always have a bike at hand! Because wherever you are, with your Blue-bike card you can borrow a Blue-bike 24/7 from all our locations to cover those last few kilometers quickly and comfortably.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THE BLUE-BIKE APP?
The Blue-bike app gives you an overview of all Blue-bike locations in Belgium, the availability at each location and your personal trip overview. The app also allows you to borrow Blue-bikes with a smart lock by scanning the QR code on your bike.
* An overview of the locations: In the Blue-bike app, you will find a map with all Blue-bike locations where you can borrow Blue-bikes. You can also see in real time how many bikes are available at a location of your choice.
* Your trip overview: In the Blue-bike app, you can consult the rides you have made.
* Start a ride: All Blue-bikes with a smart lock can be opened with your Blue-bike card, but also with your app. Scan the QR code on the bike via the app and get on the road!
* Report a defect to your bike: You can report Blue-bikes with a smart lock as defective via the app if necessary.
Attention: To be able to use the app, you need to be a member of Blue-bike. You can become a member in a few clicks on the Blue-bike website. With your login, you can then log on to the app.
