This new version is rife with bugs. For starters, it doesn't render correctly on my Pixel2 . In trying to create a one-day code the year space does not show completely and cannot be edited. Looking at access logs, the screen text is cut off on the top and bottom. Most buttons on the bottom of the screens are cut off, barely visible and impossible to click. It should have been tested more thoroughly before release. Disappointing.

Hi Tony! Thanks for your feedback! We believe this is due to the custom font size on your device. We have made the correction to accommodate for the custom font size in our next release.

Automatically updated after I used a lockbox, and then the app wouldn't work at all. :( Tried restarting, but it was stuck on a settings error or a black screen regardless. Uninstalling and re-installing seemed to work... we will see. Need the card to work as well as the app, for backup!!! Too many problems, and it's way to stressful too have these issues in front of clients.

This mobile app is horrible. Trying to navigate this without being on a computer it's almost impossible unless your primary goal is to give access codes. Quite frankly if there was another option I wouldn't be using this company. The way in which the dashboard is laid out is once again unless you are on a computer the mobile app just is poorly designed.

What's new

This update brings minor bug fixes and enhancements:

- Implemented a fix ensuring appointments can be scheduled on a pending listing for all appointment types except First, Second and Third showing.

- Due to Google Maps API constraints, we've made added alerts to prevent users from scheduling more than 10 appointments in an itinerary.
- Additional updates were made to the app aimed at improving the user experience for users with an Affiliate permission.
