I normally prefer using store's websites rather than the apps - just what I'm used to. This app is an exception. It's really user - friendly and straightforward. The only problem I have is, on my tablet, the pictures on the 'list' pages are strangely fore-shortened making the products look 'squished' (technical term!). That notwithstanding I still find this app very pleasing and will keep using it (way too often!!).
This app is terrific! My only complaint is that it's too easy to shop! I love being able to leave products in my basket and review them at any time, even after closing the app. All the features are so easy to use. No learning curve at all. Way to go Sephora, you've got me spending! 😰💸
Right now the app is good, it tends to glitch a lot. They try to offer so much: videos, facial recognition for makeup, etc, but if it's as good as the foundation matching in store.. I wouldn't count on it working and being accurate. Otherwise it's sooo convenient I love how it remembers things I love.. and some?? of the things I've purchased.
App is faulty! It ordered deleted items from my cart, not items I wanted. Customer service then misdirected me to call once a tracking number is issued to reroute refund but because I live in Canada now I have to wait for the order and send it back myself. No ownership for their app error, yes I had newest version.
This app is easy to use and keeps track of everything for you. You can view your wish list, purchases, different cc's and additional addresses for gifts etc. It's a great tool to track your points too, AND you can even ask questions thru the app and talk with the stylists and other beauty lovers, I'm loving it!
Amazing! I live in a small town with no sephora store so it's easy to order what I need and they have a $10 subscription to get your order delivered in 2 days for a whole year
