I find it glitchy. It won't let me post reviews. I will press "next" when submitting and it just looks like it's going to load another page and then stays on the same page. Otherwise, it's well designed. It's nice to be able to access the products via an app and the ability to see what lipstick and other make up looks like on your face in real time is pretty cool! (I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S7).
Ever since I downloaded this app, I never use the Sephora online version anymore!! It is so easy to use and amazing! The loves list helps keep track of my wish list items easily. There is an awesome forum to chat with other people and they have a live! Hat so if you want to if that foundation really works well with oily skin, ask away and you will immediately get answers from anyone who is also looking in the chat!! I never have any issues, it runs smoothly and fast!!
Decided to try the app for roughly over a month now or so & I have mixed feelings about it. I have been a loyal Sephora customer for years & been a Rouge member for quite some time. Im quite well versed with their brand selections & what i personally like. I find that the app does have cool perks like the virtual artist, demos etc. But at the same time, there are instances where it froze on me or took longer to load certain pages..or shade ranges are not in order as compared to the website..or some items are oddly not available on here but is on the website. I like It, but there's definitely room for improvement before I'd dare say I love it.
Tough to navigate. Love Sephora but NONE of the foundations or concealers are listed in ascending shade order. WHY?? It seems common sense to list things in order, but on the app they are just all tossed in random order and I constantly have to Google swatches to figure out which is the lightest. Overall the rest of the app can be weird to navigate too.
Never again will i order from Sephora. I wont go in the store near me b.c of a rude employee. And i will never order sephora again. Shipping took way to long as a rouge customer which is 2 days free shipping, when in reality took a week. Customer service is bad.
This is all would be perfect of I didn't get an error message everything I either want to remove something from my cart, check on a recent order or pretty much do anything. All bugs have not been fixed
