Downloaded the app for the 12% off discount promised to new app downloads/users. Unfortunately hidden in the fine print they say if you have made any kind of online purchase through the website before you can't use this code. Seems like a cop out way of boosting app downloads.

love this app! a real time saver, no need to go to the store to buy my fave cosmetics. this app often offer some additional discount or gifts, exclusive for in-app shop.

i dont know where is the issue either the support or application itself. it took ages just to change email address. i keep losing my spending points/status, i lost my gold member status and i know its not expired yet. i also lost all my previous in store purchases. nothing can be solved easily. to my surprise the store cant track back the spending.
