If you let this app automatically renew on a subscription, it won't work the full time. It will stop working litterally day one of the second subscription period. It's telling me I need to activate vip, but I checked, and it says it expires on the 31st, so 7 days from now and that I can't activate it because I already have it. So it took my money and I can't even use it. The app doesn't respond when you message them in the app or through email.

I assume there's was nothing I could do about it so I tried accessing the material. that when I found out it's doesn't let you still have access until your renewal comes again it literally cuts off your access immediately but in the rules it states you can still access the books even if you cancel. you will have access until it time to renewal and if you don't your access is denied i paid for 7 days and can't read any

It was good at first, I paid the subscription and enjoyed the stories. But for the last two weeks I have dealt with technical issues. they took my money, but when I try to read the stories it said to upgrade the subscription. I sent message after message for 2 weeks, and have received no communication or resolution to the problem.
