App seems easy to use. Sadly it only shows SD card as storage, and is missing the 100+ mp3 files in my music folder. Had to install a converter and re format a mp3 to mp3 again then was able to test this app. Going to uninstall but wishlist so once the Beta stage is over I can try again.
A moron could use this app. It does what it's supposed to do with little effort from the user. Drag the start/end marker to the part you want, tap the FX button if you want any fade in/out or basic equalizer adjustments, then tap the little disk to save. That's it, easy peasy
I've used several ringtone editors and two have been real good so far till one I couldn't find again after switching phones and the 2nd stopped working. This one is decent. Does what you need but my biggest issue is the fact you can not search for your music. I'd prefer that feature. It shows folders but none of them lead to where I stored my music which was extremely disappointing. Had to move files around through my folder in my phone, which was annoying, in order to access them through a different one on the app.
Since I last reviewed this app, it had changed for the better & I'm pretty picky because I engineer/edit songs A LOT! You can fine tune the chop with the zoom in feature for where it starts & ends. Now they've added a few small effects that add that 'extra touch' to the slice. All the while, being Free! 5 stars creator(s), you should be proud! ...and everyone else that stokes the flames of their inner engineer should definitely take notice to this app!!
Hi guys! So far the app is great, what I need is for the "save as music" and "save as mp3" options to remain engaged after each time I use it, so I don't have to keep re engaging it every time I want to save a file. This would cut down greatly on repetive tediousness!! Thanks so much!
On Nougat there is some small bug with playback/loop/guodes starting position (small but annoying). The sound is not synced with the app's info graphics. The lag is 7 seconds long. So if you start playing song before loop start by tapping with finger - sounds one starting position (where is the loop start guide placed), but if you simply press play button - sounds another place of start. I.e. it is like some error in app's internal math happens (on Nougat). Actually when I had KitKat device - there where no such problem... But now - almost unusable prior the fix.
