Good idea for an app. Terrible execution on Service Trades part. Probably the most glitchy app I have ever used for work. Update: 11/24/25 the app is still terrible. when using the mobile app, pictures take a long time to label and some pictures go missing. Comments almost always disappear after they are made, sometimes they double, sometimes they automatically move to another ticket. My company is invested in this product but looking for an alternative.

worst app ever used in service industry. pictures and video attachments dont get uploaded most of the time and it sits on the que and ends up eating more than 100GB of data in under a month. terrible. reports/ comments needs to be entered multiple times because it magically disappears and sometime reappear which is horrible and a lot of time end up having multiple duplicates. this issue is still on going since 3 years ago and still not resolved. not good.

Works pretty well, although when looking at job listing, it does not display technicians when swiping left and right next to directions link like IOS version does and Android version used to. You have to click into "view more details". Really liked this feature and don't understand why that feature got removed on the Android version.
