Now Mobile allows pre-hires, new hires, and employees to find answers and get stuff done across IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and other departments, all from a modern mobile app powered by the Now Platform®.

Examples of things you can do in the app:

• IT: Request a laptop or a reset password

• Facilities: Set up a new workspace or book a conference room

• Finance: Request a corporate credit card

• Legal: Have a new vendor sign an NDA or a new hire sign an onboarding document

• HR: Create or update a profile or check the vacation policy

Powered by the Now Platform®, you can deliver the right digital experiences to your employees from anywhere. With Now Mobile, you can manage workflows across multiple departments and systems, hiding the complexity of backend processes. New hires and employees do not have to know which departments are involved in any given process.

I'm not able to use the app on Android (Samsung galaxy s10 w/latest software update). First time using it after logging in, it works pretty well. However after going to another app and back or closing it, the app doesn't work at all. I am unable to tap on anything in the navigation bar nor the applets. I have to uninstall it.This is with a PDI on Paris release as well. Does not seem to have the same issue on iPad mini 4 on version 13.3.1. I am still able to return to the app and keep working.

I downloaded the app once and successfully connected. I was trying to write up install instructions for my company so I uninstalled it, tried to reinstall it, and now it does not work. I can download it successfully but when I place my instance information, I receive a Malformed Json Exception error. I cannot do anything from there. Please help.

UI needs some updating. It would be cool to have a ticket tracker, so you can see the status of tickets and requests like you can with pizza apps.
