Please make it stop! Not intuitive at all very awkward to use. Erases information during syncing. Very hard to use. Over promised, under delivered.
I really don't like how I can be typing my summary and the system refeshes which completely erases my summary and so I have to retype it. And it takes forever to open the address on maps.
Awful The new User interface is terrible and over complicates things compared to previous version. Also the buttons have a really slow response time and longer waiting periods between load pages.
Job is not loading Everyone I'm dispatched the jobs will not load
Worst program I have ever used! It doesn't sync after hitting the sync button. It randomly shuts down after touching an option. Credit card readers work randomly. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! If you have questions they can't answer, they tell you they will look into it. We have been waiting for 4 months now, and still no answers to our issues. We been on the phone with them almost every week for the last 6 months, and the issues still aren't resolved.
Constant bugs and awkward work arounds Our company recently upgraded our service to the 2.0 version and the usability only got worse. There is no native scaling to the device you're using, necessitating excessive pinch and zooming with using the application. The buttons are very unresponsive, requiring long presses in extremely specific areas. However, my largest complaint by far is the revamp they've done on their text fields. Every text field now auto-saves, knocking down your keyboard in the process. Please fix these usability issues.
