Pooly designed app. Can't use tablet/phone back button to navigate backwards in the app. Can't see time of arrival/completion and total time on job. Hate having location on because it kills the battery faster. Random crashes. Then I lose all information typed in. No automatic saving of information typed in, almost every other app I use daily automatically saves what I was just typing in. Won't easily upload videos. If up to me I would look for a different app.

(10/5/22) service Titan for mobile is getting to the point where it is almost non-usable. I've uninstalled it cleared the catch reinstalled it I even deleted it completely out of the Play store history and reinstalled it. still having the app close out on me over and over again. it is completely unprofessional especially when you're trying to just take a payment and you can't even do that. (8/1/24) now I can't call my customer when I'm in route. kind of a problem when you're on call

highest potential in the industry which makes their deficiencies stand out that much more. export is non-existent. The last few reps we talked to told us they are new on the job and their learning as they go. in other words we were training them and telling them what we know so they can help us further. most responses take days or weeks or never come back. integrations don't work well and if there's a glitches things don't get solved promptly. you have to spend dozens of dollars a month.
