I heard about this app from an article in a magazine. I downloaded it, thinking I had a pretty good shot since I live in a major city, eat out several times a week, and travel. EVERY local rebate was "$0.00!" The app kept crashing" too!
So, so slow. Great idea and I do get lucky with featured restaurants but sometimes it's not even worth it trying to open the app and search for a restaurant name. They need to work on the Android app's performance.
Still so slow, despite constant updates promising improvements, with frustrating delays at nearly every part of the evaluation process. Fortunately once you've checked in (which you need to remember to do because they refuse to offer email notifications when you claim an evaluation), you can at least submit the app through a desktop browser. Search on the app is also painful to the point of being useless. They're friendly and relatively quick to respond, but sticklers for pennies with evaluations despite minuscule payouts compared to competitors, and deceive with some of the 'Featured' restaurants at $1. For an app with such a long way to go, they don't handle feedback gracefully, instead focusing a majority of efforts on expanding their list of restaurants rather than improving the user experience for the people who can make that revenue possible.
The rewards are very good. But the speed of the app... OMG! Can it be even slower???!!! Takes half a minute to load everything, even just scroll down the screen or type in the search, it takes forever!
Great idea. Would love to actually be able to use it. When others mentioned not having relevant restaurants in their areas, I thought that couldn't possibly apply to me since I live in LA. Not so much. There's not a single restaurant available for reimbursement in this app. Pointless download.
