Customer service really is awful here! The online app won't allow for appointments to be cancelled within 72 hours even if a doctor calls within that time and cancels an appointment. They won't even answer phone calls most of the time it's almost like they like they are tone deaf or act like a ringing phone is just music and choose to ignore it.

Buddy Ray Monday
The rides have about a 80% chance of NOT showing up and NOT informing you that it has been cancelled until you call yourself. A totally unreliable company. Can't even get into the app anyways. Medicaid needs to look into this company.

This app hasn't been updated since July 11, 2023 so it is not capable of working on newer devices with the latest OS. It won't even open on my Pixel 8 Pro or Pixel tablet. They can't be bothered to get addresses right, so why would they keep their app updated? Do better, please.
