Not sure if someone new took over control of app development, but it's gotten SO much better in the past year. I especially love that we can transfer custom amounts of money into our wallet instead of the $10 increments. My only issue is that for a while now, the only "free items" with deliveries over $10 are slurpees, whereas there used to be a good variety of snacks and drinks offered.

Make sure that when you order from this app that you have enough money to buy the order 2 or 3 times. Because the drivers will randomly steal or cancel your order. then you have to wait 5-10 days for a refund (and if you really needed the stuff, they basically tell you to go F yourself). Sometimes they will give you a $10 credit (but the stuff you order has to come out to at least $10 BEFORE taxes and fees)!!! Just another way of screwing you after they hold your money for 5 - 10 days 🙄

Update: I continue to have issues with this service on every single order. The only reason I keep using it is that when they issue refunds they trap you by paying part of it out with $711 cash. The irony is that if they ever make an error free delivery that's when they will lose me as a customer. I've started using GoPuff and it's been a much better experience.
