Ratings and reviews

Only reason there are 2 stars is because it use to function fine, and the convenience when you don't have a vehicle is awesome. Plus it's the only thing we found nearby that delivers cigarettes. However the app had numerous glitches, and support didn't seem to care when brought to their attention. It's awesome when the app offers a $20 off $30 or something coupon, but not when the app bugs out the whole day that limited time deal is being offered. Now the app can't even process payments. Ughh.

I subscribed to gold pass for a month to try it out because there's a 7 eleven nearby and the deals seemed worth it, but is it worth it if I can't get any of my orders? I select that they can substitute for the nearest item, but they like to cancel the order instead. I guess I'll cancel the gold pass subscription as well and delete the app. Oh well.

Orders are usually incorrect and store employees don't know how to remove items they don't have so you have to request a refund from customer service. The problem with that is after awhile they start robbing you and refusing the refund with the message "our data shows all items were scanned and delivered." Clearly they weren't when items are missing and delivery drivers don't scan anything. Lying to your customers is a bad look.
