works great but some what confusing when it gives you, "amount past due" "total amount due" "current charges due" "other amount" when you go and click to pay your bill and there's all these different amounts. I had called to get it explained and the agent was very helpful but if I wanted to know my past due amount of what I had previously paid the month before I'd look at my payment history. I'd explain the rest but I've run out of character space to type.

You all post our payment due, but not the billing details until later. why? The billing details would have to be calculated to come up with the amount due...! Also using the app, I had a very hard time paying my bill because when it came time at the end to check the box for consent, it wouldn't check it, but went to the terms instead and from there, was no way of confirming the agreement. Only could go back and had the same issue. I finally pressed the check box and submit paym, then could

It's an ok app. However, it does not allow me access to page 2 of my bill. 1/15/26 it has become almost Impossible to check the Terms & Conditions box, even when using a stylus. I spent 10 minutes trying to check the Terms box! Totally unacceptable!! (P.S. And trying to talk with a live person is next to impossible!!)
