One more bad app from the government monopolistic company. It many times fails to open "server unreachable". The UI sucks when you need to see the history. Terms used for charging are not explained. Customer support section is truly useless. Deductions are inconsistent, toll numbers are useless. Only Payment seems fine. Overall not a people friendly app. I implore the company to take help from private companies for developing its apps.

Service is very poor, its app did not working properly. I compained that App as it not working since 1st of September 2025 on 27.09.2025 but they not bother to check and correct. In my opinion we all have to avoid Smart meter.
