Very poor version. Earlier it happened to be very good & informative. For last 3 days, App is not opening. Tried to update, that option also not showing. Please check for some patch etc if required S K Mittal 15.02.2026 Lot of improvement has since been done in the App, appreciable changes, almost every need is available online. 👍👍

It always shows your session expired due to inactivity, pl login again by giving all details like consumer no, phone no than fill the otp,than possible to proceed. This is disgusting. What to do? 17.01.26. The above mentioned complain still persists. No rectification us yet made. How can one fill the same information to be filled up. Make required updation.

This app is clearly an introvert. Every time I try to introduce myself via the login page, it just freezes and refuses to talk to me. Please teach your app some social skills so I can actually use it 🫩
