Every time I try to deposit checks with the app it crashes and stops responding, I am so frustrated with this and clearly not the only one. The old app worked just fine. I have reinstalled it to no avail, spoken with tech support and not resolved the issue. It is time to get this fixed, go back to the old app or they will lose long time customers like myself. I'm so over it SFFCU!

Great bank but app is a total failure. The app refuses to connect with the server at every attempt at login making it virtually useless. Not an isolated incident, this has been an issue for months, I can't believe that SF Fire hasn't rectified this issue. If I can't rely on a bank's mobile app, I can't rely on the bank. I'll be closing my SF Fire account and moving on to one of their competitors.

this app is terrible i have it save my password and it'll save for like a month or 2 then I'll have to enter it again. by then I've forgotten the password and have to reset it again. deserves 0 stars.
