MOVE with Billy Slater is a body-weight training and nutrition app.
The coaching and workouts are developed by internationally certified MOVE Master Coach Mike Chapman. A new custom workout is delivered daily so that anyone of any age or fitness level can do them anytime and anywhere. No equipment is required, except for your body.
Billy Slater and his wife, mother of two - Nicole Slater, will take members of the app through custom workouts that are delivered daily via the app. No two workouts are ever the same. It’s a great way to maintain enthusiasm in your training and not be repetitive.
Coupled with this, the MOVE with Billy Slater app also provides members with weekly meal planners, daily recipes and digital shopping lists, all developed by Move Nutritionist – Gabby Ratner. Gabby has specifically designed the meal plans in order to be high in proteins, reduce intake of processed foods and encourage a much healthier diet.
