Was unhappy with the app due to the bugs (not being able to tap certain things, search by city not working at all, always showing the same cars) but with this new update had to draw the line. When it prompted me to sign in again I did and afterwards it wouldn't let me continue until I entered a name and full address, supposedly to "protect drivers and hosts". Not sure doing this would accomplish anything, just seems like an unnecessary invasion of privacy. Never had this issue with Turo.

Worthless app that doesn't even work. Anytime you login with google, the app crashes and says it has a bug and to clear the cache. Clearing cache doesn't fix the issue however. Creating an account outside of google works, but you can not verify yourself to rent because an error message pops up everytime, telling you to contact their support. Their phone goes to voicemail, and the "live" chat support is just bots. This app is not user friendly and does not even work. Waste of time and energy.

carSHAir should be your first choice anytime you are looking for short term use of a car. I can tell you just how much I appreciate, as a customer, the service I get from carSHAir. It is second to none, and they have set the bar so high that other services can't come close to meeting. I wish other companies had this kind of customer service. carSHAir is #1 when it comes to costs involved. All of the hosts and cars are incredible. You will drive fun top of line cars for sure.
