Ratings and reviews

Is this app really work? Why app kept asking for the reserve period, Date&Time for what? Those are unnecessary process for the user who was there in front of the charger. Experienced like application from 3 years ago. Very disappointed.

Cant even use the app, wont even let me sign in or sign up. Keyboard wont show as the app blinking and crashing .

App is quite buggy. Scanning QR code never works for almost a year already. Contacted the company but no solution was ever provided. Anyway I solved this by entering charger ID manually instead of using QR code. From Samsung S24 ultra
