Do not pay, you'll be trapped! If you pay for this service they'll trap you. You can't cancel by email, on the website or by phone. Don't do it. You'll regret it like I did.
Garbage.... I have a TV with SugarSync pre-installed no matter what I did I could not get my video or picture files to sync up with my TV. The service is way too expensive and doesn't even work with its own software! Uninstall super quick!
SCAM account cancellation policy - avoid!! The service was too slow for my taste and lacked some functions. I am trying to cancel my account so I am not automatically billed in one year, however, to cancel you have to got onto an online chat during a 4 hour period during the day. This is extremely scammy and unethical and has been reported elsewhere. Avoid this scam business model of making account cancellation extremely difficult.
Recent activity load old info We update files many times a day, but recent activity only show files months ago, try to reload, clear cache, reinstall but still not show the most updated files, we pay the account not free
Continually crashes... Every day, SS crashes when doing an auto upload of image or video files. WITHOUT FAIL. Please fix and update or I will be forced to cancel my subscription and move to a reliable cloud-based service.
No mobile search functionality? Seriously, I can't search through my files? On top of that, why do keep asking me if I want to backup photos, everyday? It's irritating, and then I'll have a bunch of work to do when I accidently tap that message. It makes your software seem more after profits than professionalism, so please don't cite that you do it for easy-to-use, because people who want to backup their pictures using your service will do that. Stop babying us, thank you!
