It was great once but I'm changing my rate to 1 star because of the poor customer service, I couldn't place my order for an entire day every time they say they are "busy" then I ordered at 12 am and took them 2 hours to deliver it despite being only 1km away, when the food finally arrived it was like it was made yesterday cold, dry and stale. I contacted the support team TWICE and they did nothing, there's so many better alternatives don't waste your time on this stor :)

Very bad delivery, delivery agents are rude and when you contact their support they will ask you to collect order from branch regardless you have already paid for delivery. Deleted my account and uninstalling the app now.

The app mainly for pick up and you cannot call to order. The delivery in few branches only. If you want a delivery, use any other delivery apps. It doesn't make sense to have such app for limited service. In most cases, you have to use any delivery app to get what you want.
