DONT UPDATE the new layout is completely illogical. The app is for shazaming music, right? So why remove the ability to see it's primary results from a very useful slide left to a small icon in the top left, and once you are looking at your music, which all get deleted eventually, why hide the delete into a 2 click menu instead of a 1 click icon on the same page? The GUI is now flawed, please fix.

Was Good. Now it is awful. I don't know WHAT happened, but the most recent update is absolutely appalling and awful. The worst upgrade or new release of have ever witnessed for an app. So so so so bad. Has to be financially motivated, or somehow related to money one way or another. But for customers, it is TERRIBLE!

My last review was 2 years ago, so I guess it's time for an update: seems all the annoyances of this app have been removed. The superfluous friends feature has been gone for a while, notifications are unobstrusive (& can be turned off). All appreciated. Though more & more of my data is being sent to advertisers... Furthermore it always seems like the app is setting up, whenever I turn it on.

It was an issue with the paid version that was putting adds. I put the issues in the reviews and they replied back in about 3 hours. Thy fixed the issues I do not see adds anymore. Good for the Shazam team. The app it is just great as always.

Everything is great but, WHY AM I GETTING ADS? I GO INTO THE APP SETTINGS AND IT SAYS UPGRADE TO ENCORE TO REMOVE ADS (which doesn't make any sense as it is on encore). JUST INCASE I REINSTALLED ENCORE BUT I STILL GET ADS! PLEASE FIX THIS.

I purchased the Encore version and it still shows ads! This is short of being illegal and clearly doesn't meet my expectations as a client.

I think it could add lyrics to its features. It'd be good for everyone who loves music and the app's company. Lyrics synced while listening to Spotify for example.

Excellent! Another interesting functionality could be to have te possibility of shazaming when we are listening to music with earphones without using the telephone microphone but directly from the sound signal!

I give this app a 5 for all the music it recognises and Spotify integration, and as long as the developers go and fix problems, I'm willing to stay happy with having purchased Shazam Encore over a year ago now.

GPS turns on and stays on, draini g my battery like mad. Just uninstalled and reinstalled to see if issue is fixed... But it's a pretty lousy bug.

Rated 1 for bug. It seems that the app thinks it's the regular version instead of Encore. Please fix this. I did not pay the AD FREE app to see ads. Thank you! Will change back to give since I love the service.

Bought it when it was 10 cent during promotion. But I can't enable 3D LyrisPlay/ LyricPlay on my note 2, even in horizontally position. 1 star. Update: some time it need some time before it can be use.
