Ratings and reviews

This app is a great example of what is wrong with technology today. The app was working nicely, and then, you arrive at a Shell station, fill with fuel, go to pay, bring up the app to scan your Shell card, and wham! You're no longer signed in! If you're sensible, and have used a secure password which you don't have a mental record of (because you only need it rarely) then you have no way to sign back in. Utterly useless. A plastic card would be so much easier and more reliable. Waste of time.

Utter rubbish. Don't waste your time with this app. It is clearly just another data gathering exercise. The rewards are a pittance. You are already paying over the odds for shell fuel and products. I visited a shell garage today where my app barcode was scanned, but nothing was recorded on my app. DO NOT put any bank or credit card details into this app, there does not appear to be any guarantee as to the security of your details.

I use the app a lot, and only have minor criticisms. My biggest is that the app can be very slow to load if you have a poor internet signal, which is the case at my local Shell station. This can be frustrating when you just want to nip into the shop and pay for your fuel. Another feature I'd like to see is live station updates to see which fuels are available, and their current prices. This would save driving to a station to discover your required fuel is unavailable.
