Shhh... More like Shhhhazam! It's magic! It's sorcery, but it's a good charm for a great sleep. Uh-mazing. Tried it for a night's sleep and bam! Insta-REM sleep! Then I tried the flight mode while in a car for a long trip. Yes, I've gone sailing in my dreams. Now I'm sharing this app to all my friends who just came out of the graveyard shift.
Great app I was lying in the bed with earphones plugged thinking: "binaural? This isn't gonna work. I will never fall as..." *wakes up in the morning brushed by the sunlight that gets through the window* It's a super simple app (only 3 buttons) but it does what it says. The only downside is that you will sleep with little to no dreams. Recommended.
On a long, overseas flight I couldn't get comfortable and fall asleep. After my second connection and only 5 hours left in my journey, I remembered that I had installed this app. I put my headphones in and played the "flight sleep" mode. Not only did I fall asleep, when I arrived at my destination, I felt incredibly well rested and ready to start my day! I give this app 5 stars because I travel often and I have NEVER been able to sleep in-flight (even when I've been in 1st class).
By far the best sleep aids app After trying pretty much all the free sleep aids apps out there and even paid for a few of them, this is by far the best one I've had, even though it is still not strong enough to make me fall asleep. For the next step, I will try to use this app along with some sleep aids tablets and hopefully I can fall sleep at night.(I pretty much get on my bed at 11 p.m and fall asleep at 7 a.m everyday, nothing worked for me except for sleep pills, which brings me series of symptoms the next day.)
I feel asleep, until the bells started ringing! The rhythmic white noise lulled me to sleep just as advertised until about 30 minutes later when the bells started ringing. Bells!? Who falls asleep to bells? As they faded, I again faded but they would repeatedly fade back in waking me more surely each time, like a nightmare of non-dismissable snooze alarms. It was hell.
Relaxing! I was having trouble sleeping so thought I would give this app a go. It worked really well. I fell asleep in minutes. However, the chimes/indian bells startled me awake again and I was back at square one. They seemed to be introduced quite abruptly. I also wake up when the track finishes?
