According to many studies, the conscious development of our resilience - that is, our emotional resilience - is the key to long-term high performance and good health.
We have little influence over the stressful events that affect us in our day-to-day lives, but how we equip ourselves to overcome these situations is much more in our control.
Over the long term, coping with stress can be strengthened in three main areas: Bio (body), Social (relationships) and Psycho (spiritual, psychological).
RezilienciApp™ supports the user in developing habits and organizing activities in these three areas. The concept and content of the application was developed by Andrea Moldován, work and organizational psychologist, coach, trainer and sports coach, who has based on the research results available in this field and her own experience.
Using RezilienciApp™ is simple and time-saving - you can check the activities you have done in an area daily. It is recommended that you perform 5 activities per day in each area, and this way you can fill in all three areas of resilience most effectively in the application. Also, check your sleep quality, well-being and energy level each day!
