It's hard to reach someone for real help. I keep being told my status will be updated in 1-3 business day. It's been weeks, my status has not been updated, no one can confirm if anything I sent has been received because it's handled by a different team I'm not allowed to communicate with, and no ever follows up with an update unless I keep reaching out every 1-3 business after waiting. The app was fine as a CNA, but can't seem to get my rn credentials updated so I'll use a different app.

I worked a shift Nov 7. When I was finished, I tried to clock out on the app. The shift had disappeared. I contacted the facility and filled out a missed punch form. It was submitted as shift key said with their form. As of today, I have not been paid. I spoke with 3 agents, but to no avail. This customer service is extremely poor. I was told my issue was escalated. Apparently not, I still haven't been paid, I discourage anyone from working this app unless you like working for free.

Terrible customer service!!! The bot tells me I have to call someone to finish onboarding... I have waited on hold for hours with no one answering. I can't do anything about facility requirements, only shiftmed can register me for certain things. Other staffing apps are great and you get someone on the phone very quickly. Still trying to give them a chance but they aren't worth it.
