Lmtls takes the user into a tracking cycle, with a focus on tracking thoughts, emotions and behaviours. But Lmtls is more than a mindfulness app – its smart features identify and suggest core beliefs based on tracking details just like your therapist would. Core beliefs contribute to knowledge about the underlying sources of the way we function in the world. Lmtls is specifically patterned after a CBT based protocol and acts as a cognitive diary.
A psychometric cognitive diary that allows users observe their daily tracks in chart form; providing a snapshot of the trajectory of their life or therapeutic interventions. These can be shared with therapists, used to inform future therapy exercise plans, mood management or other life enhancing interventions.
