Steals money, no refunds on error. Maybe 10% of the time the machine doesn't start. Or sometimes I forget that whereas the app paid 2.50$ for a powerwash, the machine needed 2.75$ and there's no way to reset the mode or pay that 0.25$ -- so I have to again pay for another machine. Someone should start a class action lawsuit

Developer responds to reviews here faster than actual support tickets. They still have not emailed me back to help resolve my issue - Android app is not working and not able to find machines, and their troubleshooting steps do not work. Constant error messages. Literally just lying about what support they offer customers. Edit: you have to call and speak to the sales team (If you request support, the system automatically hangs up), the number is on LinkedIn. They also lie about their BBB rating

I am unsure if its a bug in the system or just for Android users, but I have been trying to add payment information but it doesn't show me the full screen. All I see is expiration date and CVC and the top of the two buttons at the bottom, I can't even see what they say. I have also requested 3 or 4 refunds of .25c due to me trying to load a dryer, the app charging the money, and the dryer never started.
