I am so grateful that I found this app. The free version was so helpful that I decided to take advantage of the premium package. This is a great investment for daily Self-Care! UPDATE: I changed it to 4 because I have had so many tech issues that make me login every time and give no reflection option. Outside of that I still use it as a daily tool.

I got this app today because the subscription was half price. BUT, that wasn't the only reason. Several weeks ago, I downloaded the app just to see what it was about. It was a Google Play Editor's Choice and it sounded interesting. I tried it out and it just felt right. I felt as though the meditations were speaking to me. I found them very helpful and, effective. If you have a self help app and you avoid using it, try something else...like, SHINE.

This app got me into the practice of spending a few minutes a day on my well-being. It's now one of my many practices. I love that they've made improvements such as searching for meditations. I can type in a word that sums up what I'm feeling or needing and have options at my fingertips to get me grounded, reset, or prep my mindset, and more.
