Unfriendly and complicated UI. The app is way too complicated to track the credit card charges and payments. Especially bad to track for refunds to your credit card. No info on original foreign currency charge, only the already exchanged amount in VND. Bad!

So far, this was the worst experience I had with SOL online banking. Tried to log in using my CORRECT email and password but it prompted me to this message "your account was blocked bla bla..." Could you please tell me the reason why my account was blocked? I was so confused as I clearly remembered all my log in details even the security question, it says incorrect!!!!! I can't connect with your support team as I am outside Vietnam for 2 years now. So far, it was working fine before!!!!

Whenever I try to open the app, I get a pop-up saying I need to install the new app even though I've got the latest version.
