Smart, easy & automatic creation of rosters for people within an organisation. Born from having to sort out the schedules for a music team in a church setting. There *has* to be a better (faster) way. There is!

CunningPlan takes the 'pain' out of working out the plan. It handles all of the edge cases for you - including unavailability, preferred roles and more. As a user, you setup people, the roles they are in, and how often they want to be on. CunningPlan will work out the roster automatically, and fairly. If any dependent data changes (e.g: someone becomes unavailable), the roster is automatically updated. Rosters can be "published" to make them fixed, such that changes to peoples availability have no effect.

While the app started life as a rostering system for a faith based organization, roles are completely fluid and can be whatever you want. It's easy to setup your own roles, and your own layout.

Plans can be exported to Google Sheets, if you still with to have that as a way to share it with others.
